Angels & Cowboys Rosé is a delicate and rich complex Rosé mainly made by Grenache grape.

These grapes sourced from some of Sonoma County’s most prestigious growers in Carneros, Russian River Valley, and Dry Creek Valley.

The skin on the grenache is amazingly thin and transparent at the harvest time.

The grapes are harvested at around 21 – 22 degrees Brix, and in the early morning hour, maintaining a cooler temperature so that the berries are firm, and the grape grains do not break when transported to the winery.

Angels & Cowboys Rosé is made under the influence of the traditional Provençal method. Zero percent influence of oak, all the complexity comes from the yeast at the fermentation.

An absolutely lovely wine, fresh and easy drinking.

Tasting notes

Its color is bright grapefruit, following the classification of its wine model Provence AOC Rosé wines.

Fresh and delicate aromas, grapefruit, white peach, and spicy floral notes.

This is a dry wine on the palate. It displays vibrant acidity, mandarin, citrus blossoms, and mineral notes. A great delicacy in the finish.

Suggestions

We recommend drinking this wine at 50ºF.  (9º-10º C)

This A&C Rosé dry wine is versatile and works well as a transition wine in an aperitif, or with foods like spicy dishes like Thai-style spice shrimp

We believe in spring fever, fever that unleashes this song Beautiful Day by U2

In short, a wine to enjoy to taste with your friends on a wonderful terrace or the porch of your house!
